The garden view room was nice, but the hot tub was a letdown.

Extremely friendly and excellent staff, couldn't ask for more. Really enjoyed smooth check-in and late check-out. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. The pool area was heated and the location was beautiful and magnificent, right by center of Cape Town and the wineries in Constantia. Furthermore, close to all the attractions...

Absolutely loved the tranquil vibe of Vida Nova Retreat. The location is fantastic, surrounded by fine views. My room had a hot tub, blissful, and the food options were halal friendly. They were super accommodating and were very good, especially Cassie, who even remembered my name. I had some issues with the hot tub in my room. It didn't warm up despite staff assurances, disappointing since I was looking forward to using it. The beautiful ambiance and helpful service were nice, but the hot tub situation was a letdown.

It boasts perfect, particularly good location just next door to the peaceful garden, Hout Bay and Constantia. All the staff members are very attentive and efficient. Make sure you stay in the double room with a jacuzzi...

The bedroom was air-conditioned and brand-new. Got the view of garden. The location was beautiful and excellent in a very relaxing area, so close to Constantia, the wineries in Constantia and center of Cape Town.

The tranquility of the hotel was quite refreshing.

Unfortunately, I faced several issues . The hot tub in my room didn't warm up as promised, leaving me disappointed. The restaurant service was slow and I had to wait too long for my order to be taken.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

Celebrating my 70th birthday felt extraordinary here! The dedicated staff treated our party of 13 like family, anticipating our every need. The hot tubs were a crowd favorite, while the kids adored the pools. Elegant little pods added intimacy to our meals.

The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments really helped us unwind after busy days. Only a couple of times did they mix up our room service orders, but it was quickly resolved, so no worries there 🌊

Friendly staff, pleasant rooms, who were not only patient and accommodating but also were good. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring, and the breakfast menu offered delicious options like eggs benedict.

This venue is perfect for a honeymoon with its fantastic setting, conveniently located near wineries and a supermarket.

Helpful restaurant staff and good food, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The location was perfect, with access to amazing mountain views and proximity to great restaurants. I especially loved the cozy attic room with its own hot tub with an ideal spot to unwind after days filled with karaoke and casino fun.
